These are the improved sticks of usual walking poles especially for the people who want to try pole walking, but who are not confident of long-distance walking.
The flat rubber caps are used for the stable use, and the ratchet button helps elder people to make the length adjustment easy.
These sticks are also good for rehabilitation use.
